Claire Twomey
After being diagnosed with ADHD herself at the age of 28, Claire first underwent her own personal journey with ADHD coaching as a coaching client. She found the benefits so transformative, Claire studied ADHD coaching with the ADHD Coaching Academy (ADDCA) and established her own ADHD coaching practice, ADHD Connections.
She has gone on to become Ireland’s first ADHD coach to be triply accredited with ACCG, PCC and PCAC designations and has been featured on national television, radio and print media as an expert in ADHD coaching.
Drawing on her own ADHD journey, she empowers clients to understand and leverage their strengths, reducing challenges posed by their ADHD and unlock their potential.
Claire works with adults with ADHD through adopting a psycho-educational & psycho-social methodology where the client learns about ADHD & how it affects their functionality. The coaching then aims to support clients finding strategies and building skills to better manage ADHD traits.
Claire is currently working towards her MCC certification with ICF. She is also in the process of becoming certified as an ADHD Coach trainer by the ADHD Coaching Academy (ADDCA).
